Summer League Challenge

I had a request to promote the following tournament (Please note this is held in Bristol, and is neither run by, or endorsed by, the GBBA) ...

Welcome to the Bristol Basketball Summer League, a NEW well officiated rewarding opportunity to play off-season basketball with your club mates and potentially win some prize money.

The tournament begins May 4th and will run on Mondays and Wednesdays until May 18th (3 matches a week). Matches are run between 17:30 & 22:00 on match days. With our Spalding, we are able to offer professional, national standard refereeing at our summer tournament.

Games are running clock for 4 periods with 10 mins prep time on court before each match. Teams can have up to 12 players on a team sheet and statisticians will sit alongside table officials at each game as there will be medals for 'All-Star' players.

Prize money for teams ranked 1st, 2nd and 3rd is;

1st - £ 300
2nd - £ 200
3rd - £ 100

All entrants receive a complementary Spalding bag and t-shirt as a gift from our sponsors and tournament organisers.

Entry fee for each team is £400 (deposit of £200 should be paid no later than April 10th).
